Returns real on-exchange plans for a household, with the premium subsidy applied when income is given. California only for now.

**What the assistant provides:** state, ZIP, ages of everyone to be covered, household size, expected yearly household income, tobacco use, plan year. Nothing else: no names, birthdates, Social Security numbers or contact details at this step.

**What comes back:** a quote reference and a list of plans, each with carrier, plan name, tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Enhanced Silver), network type (HMO, PPO, EPO), monthly premium after subsidy, full premium, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, primary-care and specialist copays, generic drug cost, HSA eligibility and a link to the plan's benefit summary. Every quote names its source, its timestamp, and whether it is estimated.

**How to present it**

- Lead with the lowest estimated yearly cost after comparing, not the lowest premium.
- Say the premium is after an estimated subsidy and that the application determines the final amount.
- If anyone looks Medi-Cal eligible, say so before showing marketplace prices.
