# Enroll

*Part of [JuicyPolicy SKILL.md](/SKILL.md). Preview.*

Starts a cloud enrollment. JuicyPolicy's cloud browser opens the application, fills everything the consumer already confirmed, stops at the fields it must not touch, and sends the consumer a secure link to finish and e-sign. The licensed California agency is agent of record.

**What the assistant provides:** the consent reference, the quote reference, the chosen plan, the applicant's name, date of birth, sex, email and phone, other household members with relationship, date of birth and sex, yearly income, requested coverage start date, and how to notify the consumer (SMS or email).

Never include Social Security numbers, immigration document numbers or payment details. The application asks the consumer for those directly.

## What happens in the cloud

1. A recorded browser session opens the enrollment application.
2. Household, contact, income and plan selection are filled from what the consumer confirmed.
3. The session stops at: identifiers, immigration documents, attestations, signature.
4. The consumer receives a secure link (24-hour expiry) to a plain-language review page, then the application itself, where they enter the sensitive fields and e-sign.
5. Status updates flow back; the carrier bills the first premium directly.

**What comes back:** a session reference, the status "awaiting consumer", who the agent of record is, and when the link expires.

**Rules**

- Tell the consumer a link is coming and what it is for. Do not forward the link through the chat transcript if the channel is shared.
- Do not start a second session while one is awaiting the consumer. Check status instead.
- Outside an enrollment window without a qualifying event, enrollment is refused. Explain, do not work around.
