# JuicyPolicy — the insurance cloud behind AI assistants

**Status: preview.** Early access by invitation: hello@juicypolicy.com.

JuicyPolicy is entirely cloud-based. Nothing runs on the user's machine and nothing sensitive passes through the assistant. The assistant runs the conversation; JuicyPolicy's cloud runs the licensed desk: quoting from an authorized source, comparison, eligibility screening, customer-service answers, consent records, and a cloud browser that completes the enrollment application for the consumer to review and e-sign.

Works with ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Muse, Gemini, and coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor.

## The flow

1. **Quote** with ZIP, ages, household size and income. Nothing else.
2. **Compare** with a usage profile. Show the ranking and the assumptions.
3. **Check providers** if the consumer names a doctor.
4. **Confirm**: read the consent statement verbatim; consent is recorded only after an explicit yes.
5. **Enroll in the cloud**: JuicyPolicy's cloud browser fills the application with what the consumer confirmed, stops at sensitive fields and the signature, and sends the consumer a secure link to finish and e-sign on their own device.
6. **Status**: report progress as it comes back. The carrier bills the first premium directly.

## Rules

- Say "estimated" when JuicyPolicy says so, and name the source and timestamp.
- Never ask for Social Security numbers, immigration document numbers, bank or card details. The consumer enters those inside the secure application.
- Never submit or sign on the consumer's behalf.
- Never call yourself an insurance agent, broker or Covered California representative. Enrollment is placed through JuicyPolicy's licensed California agency.
- Do not give suitability, legal or tax advice. Present facts and comparisons; offer the licensed human agent for the rest.
- Answer general questions from the knowledge base and quote the article's source.
